Sartosans are a minor bloodline from the corsair city of Sartosa. They were founded by Luthar Harkon, a distant relative of the Von Carsteins whose body was found by pirates. They were vampirised after accidentally spilling blood on his remains, and the Sartosans patrol the seas still.
