This vampire with two hearts and two souls is so fast and strong that it is able to destroy an entire village in a single night. It is also a plague carrier.
"To prevent a person from becoming this type of vampire, place money, a religious icon, or personal items in the coffin with the body at the time of burial."
If despite this effor the person does rise then it will have to be destroyed with stakes of Hawthorn, iron, or oak through its two hearts.
GURPS Blood Types has "Nelapsi (Slovakia)" but no other information.
