The Mullo (Muli if female) is a revenant vampire from Gypsy lore of Serbia. It is created when a person dies suddenly of some unnatural cause, or does not have proper funeral rites performed over the body. They tend to dress in all-white clothing and go after people they didn't like in life.
Varieties of Vampires combines this with the Milos but that is a Living Vampire and most of the features better fit that then this.
GURPS Blood Types has "Mullo (Gypsy)" but no other information.
